Any and All design work will include:
*A scope of work approved & signed for by client
*This Scope allows for a set amount of changes vs.Cost
*Work pushed up on a temp URL for final edits
*As stated in design scope, all work will hold a P1M
logo
*All design work will require at least 50% cost deposit
*Any content for design work is clients responsibility
*Any work requiring hosting or domains requires a credit
card on file with proxy1media for renewals.
*Any completed work can be modified/edited/checked for
viruses/etc at additional costs.

Search
Engine Marketing Work
(PPC/SEO/SMM/Etc)
Any and All SEM work will include:
*A competitive analysis from Proxy1Media
*Suggested set of key words, meta tags, procedures
*Approved content/key words from client to use
*Two types of reporting: Ranking & Labor are provided
*All Pay-Per-Click Costs are paid directly to Google/etc.
*PPC requires a onetime setup fee
*SEO and PPC Marketing fees are paid in advance

Refund
Policy:
We, as a merchant, provide both products (goods) and
services (information) to our customers. Unlike companies
that provide a tangible product that can be returned
for a refund, our product and services is information.
It can be used immediately upon receiving, and there
is no product to return.
Once a service has commenced, there can be no refund.
Our services are the absolute best we can make them.
Due to the nature of our service, we have a no-refund
policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
No grace period provided for refunds per signed Project
Agreement.
